Zoie leads by example. She is an inspiration to her entire team and participates in whatever tasks need to be accomplished.  Zoie is the first person to stay late to accomplish a task and will never hesitate to roll up her sleeves and dig in to help.  Zoie embraces any disaster and delegates accordingly to make sure all angles are taken care of. No challenge is too much for her!  Zoie constantly offers support and encourages her team members to collaborate. She instills in her team the desire to be better and strive for excellence. Zoie exceeds expectations of true commitment, where she transforms a promise into reality.
