On behalf of Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center, we have the pleasure of introducing you to our Assistant Director of Nursing, Charlotte Nkepnang, RN! Learn more about Charlotte:

Charlotte has been with CCR and Potomac Falls since 2010, when she joined the team as an LPN. Her leadership skills and passion for patient care were recognized, and she began to fill in as a Supervisor. She obtained her RN and continued her journey as RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, and now Assistant Director of Nursing. Charlotte attributes her success to leaders who recognized her passion for nursing and nurtured her along the way, always encouraging her to be that great nurse.

When asked why she works at Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center, Charlotte feels that the culture and vision strengthened her commitment to patient care and keeps her coming back. She feels the values of ACHIEVE have allowed her to be in an environment that provides the opportunity for growth while empowering and nurturing her, her team, and the patients.
