Vicki Wheeler is the Human Resource Coordinator at Potomac Falls Health and Rehab, managing over 100 employees. She was nominated for Frontline Friday for demonstrating the core value “Accept Responsibility”. Vicki always goes beyond the call of duty and makes an effort to help where she can. She manages Relias for all staff (regulatory training module), staff appreciations, new hire orientations, and so much more.
