When you join the Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center family, you’ll be inspired by colleagues who embody our mission of providing peace of mind to those we care about: residents, families, and employees. Our staff is dedicated to the care and recovery of our patients and residents. Whether you are here to settle in or looking for a speedy, complete rehabilitation, our expertise, training, and skills are at your service.

Each week we are working to identify staff who exhibit core values as it relates to our missions and achieves our goal. This week, we were focused on the first A which is “Accept Responsibility”. Maud Silindane has been identified for our first Frontline Friday!

Maud Silindane
Nursing Supervisor, RN

Maud is a nurse of Potomac Falls who has risen through the ranks in the year that she has been with us and is now a unit manager! She was nominated by our ADON Kevin Cummings. Kevin had the following to say about Maud:

“Maud goes above and beyond for the patients on her unit.  She serves as a great mentor for the nurses working on her unit, taking her time to educate throughout the day while performing her managerial duties.  Maud is always willing to assist where needed and always treats our residents with the utmost respect and kindness.  Her communication with resident family members is always polite and kind, making sure to never rush the family members during their questions and concerns.  She embodies what our center strives for in customer service and service excellence.”
