Kevin and Charlotte were nominated for completing their Infection Preventionist Basic Bootcamp for LTC facilities Certification. This week’s core value that Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center was practicing was Higher standards. Kevin and Charlotte are passionate and hardworking at their delivery of care at Potomac Falls.

Charlotte is caring in the way she advocates for her patients, and she always alerts staff when there are unmet needs. Kevin is a supporter for patients as well as staff members, he identifies gaps in employee skills and develops appropriate training. They achieve greater heights of success!

Although they are both superstars, they are both modest and humble. They accept feedback and criticism which helps both of them grow as team members in the organization.
