Registered Nurse

Grace Lee is our nurse on Tidewater Unit and practices exceptional teamwork. She goes above and beyond to communicate with the staff at Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center and ensures that her patients’ and family members’ needs are met.

Grace is always on the floor and even steps in when needed on other units. Her patience, ability to work on the team, and her kind heart makes her an asset. We are happy to have her a part of our team.
