As Business Office Assistant and Receptionist, Annemarie Gagnon has been an integral part of the Potomac Falls team for over 6 years, and is the very definition of “Excellence in Hospitality and Service”.

Always with a smile and friendly voice, we couldn’t be more proud to have her as the face of Potomac Falls. Annemarie shows everyone- our residents and patients, visitors, families, vendors, and fellow team players- patience, compassion and kindness from their very first encounter. She certainly makes our facility feel like home!
