This is the first article in our Employee Spotlight series, where we will be highlighting a valued member of the Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center team. Get to know Rafael Guerra, CNA. He is a vital member of our nursing staff, with over 21 years of service with our facility.

Q: What are some interesting facts about your life?

A: I am originally from Honduras. I came to the U.S. 31 years ago. I like to travel a lot and watching soccer & basketball on tv. Besides that, I like watching movies and shopping online.

Q: How long have you worked at Potomac Falls?

A: I have been working here for 21 years.

Q: Why do you like working at Potomac Falls?

“The first thing that I like is getting to help patients. The second thing is Potomac Falls is clean and a great place to work plus I like working with others here. We work as a Team!
