Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met. Close contacts of this staff member have been tested in accordance with CMS and CDC guidance with no additional positive results. We will continue to monitor these individuals closely.
