Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing today to share news of new positive COVID-19 test results in the Center. A patient tested positive for COVID-19 today and has been relocated to the “hot unit”. Four additional staff members have also tested positive today and will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. Outbreak testing will continue until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

While visitation is available for all patients, we ask that any visitor who is experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu, or allergies not visit the Center until resolved as these may also be symptoms of COVID-19. We encourage you to wear a mask in public when out in the community.
