Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that an additional patient and 2 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. Both staff members will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. We will continue to closely monitor all patients, adhering to infection control recommendations for prevention of the virus. Visitation remains unchanged.
