Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient and a staff member have tested positive for COVID-19. The patient has been relocated to the “hot unit”. The staff member will recover at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria has been met.

We will continue outbreak testing until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result. Visitation remains unchanged and available.
