Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. Outbreak testing of close contacts will take place today, and I will notify you should any additional positive test results be identified. Visitation will continue to be available.
