Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

We have initiated outbreak testing for all patients and staff. Visitation in the Center is temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the initial round of testing, with the exception of compassionate care visits. We will continue outbreak testing every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive result.
