Through a partnership with the Ceca Foundation, employees and guest can recognize caregivers by nominating them through an online system. Each quarter, a committee will review the nominations and chooses two individuals to be Ceca Award winners. One of the individuals is someone, “who best exemplifies qualities of empathy, humor, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork in treating patient residents”.  This winner receives, not only, recognition from their peers but also a $250 monetary prize. The second individual picked is a person who makes an effort to nominate their peers and wins a $50 gift card!
