Zoie Barcus Nikov, Administrator of Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center, was inducted at the Dulles International Airport Rotary Club on Friday, October 3, 2014.

Rotarians are chosen for membership in the Rotary Club because its members believe her to be a leader in the country and community and because she manifests those qualities of head and heart that fit you to interpret and impart the message of Rotary.
