Patient Testimonial: Anthony Tagliareni

“The entire facility is so well run and the therapists, nurses, and aids as well as kitchen and maintenance staffs were all helpful, friendly, well trained and compassionate.”

At Potomac Falls Health & Rehab, we exist to provide the most caring, compassionate and complete rehabilitation we can. We care about what we do and strive to have that care reflected in our daily interactions. We are responsive to the needs of our patients, residents, their families, and our dedicated staff, practicing continuous improvement in the pursuit of excellence. We’re able to do this by the testimonials that our patients and family members leave us. Providing the best care is not just because it’s our job, but because it’s our calling.

Almost every day, we receive warm, wonderful testimonials from former patients, their families, and friends. We thank them for taking the time to praise the excellent care they received, for telling us about their recovery and for sharing their experience with us, which we in turn share with you here.

Recently, we received this wonderful testimonial from a patient who wanted to thank our employees & staff for everything they did for him.  Here is what he said:

“I was recently a patient at Potomac Falls for three weeks in April and I am writing to express my thanks and gratitude to the staff and employees at Potomac who care of me so well.  The entire facility is so well run and the therapists, nurses, and aids, as well as kitchen and maintenance staffs, were all helpful, friendly, well trained and compassionate.

The physical therapy team that worked with me especially deserve such high praise for their knowledge and expertise, among them I must compliment Joseph Jens, Denise Bilodeau, and Suzanne Lucy.  All three were always helpful, professional and so encouraging to me.  I give them high praise indeed for their expert knowledge as well as friendliness and caring as regards my stroke therapy.

I must also praise the nursing staff and the room attendants, in particular, nurse Mainisha and CNA Rafael, who took care of my needs in room 221.  Nurse Manisha was always kind, helpful and courteous and took the time to explain the routine, the meds and procedures I was undergoing.  They both were wonderfully helpful as was the entire staff at Potomac that I came in contact with.

Again, many thanks and much praise to everyone at Potomac Falls who was involved in my care and rehabilitation.

Thank you all,

Anthony Tagliareni”
