COVID-19

COVID-19 Update

Mitigation Efforts:

If a staff member tests positive for COVID-19, that individual will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria are met. COVID-19 vaccination is required for staff members. Staff members who exhibit symptoms are tested for COVID-19 prior to entry and may be tested any time upon request.

All patients are monitored closely for symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, and vaccination is available for all patients.

Visitation may be temporarily limited when the Center is in an outbreak at the direction of the local health department.

The Center’s supply of PPE is adequate. Staff have received education on appropriate PPE utilization.

Testing:

COVID-19 testing is conducted according to CMS and CDC guidelines. Patients and staff may be tested as needed based on symptoms or during an outbreak.

Visitation:

The Center asks that you please defer any non-urgent in-person visit if you have tested positive for COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19 or have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.  If deferring your visit is not possible please be prepared to wear a mask while visiting.

Virtual, indoor and outdoor visitation are all currently available. Visiting hours are 9 am to 8 pm, although visitation is available at all times.
