Bertha is the best! Bertha has true understanding of “ownership” and is one of Potomac Falls best asset.  She works hard at getting to know her patients and their likes and dislikes.  Bertha, takes care of many of my needs and wants before I even ask her for anything.

Having Bertha as my C.N.A, makes me feel I am in good hands.  Bertha is always calm and positive even on the worst of nights.
