Lindsey Alexander, BSW

Director of Social Services

Lindsey graduated from James Madison University in December 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and began working at Potomac Falls in December 2013. Lindsey initially chose a career in Social Work because of her desire to help others and she liked the idea of being able to work with a variety of populations. Her passion for this field of work grew when her brother suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and Lindsey actually became that family member going through the rehabilitation and long term care process. She wants to be able to use her experiences to help others, especially family members, who are going through similarly difficult times. Lindsey believes that her life and professional experiences such as at the Fairfax County Adult and Aging Division and another skilled nursing facility have given her an ability to empathize with those that she works for. Lindsey lives in Arlington.
