Deidra is a wonderful addition to the Tidewater team. She coaxes the patients out of their room with her wit and smile. She never says “no”. It is always “what can I do for you to make you feel better?” She is also a great support to all her team members.

Othello treats his patients in a very special way. He always double checks on his residents during their meal time and offers his assistance readily. He is attentive and ready to help without waiting for additional reminders.

Dora is gracious to all at all times. She knows what the patients want and always tries to make them happy and satisfied often going beyond her call of duty. She provides excellent service to all at Potomac Falls.
