Business Office Manager

Cindy has been working with Potomac Falls since July 2014.  Prior to this she worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility’s billing department since 1985 in the Western NY Area.  She always enjoyed working with the elderly which gives her a sense of accomplishment while helping and providing them an environment that feels like their home. Cindy started in the medical field while in college working in a doctor’s office, then she went to work for a facility that owes three nursing homes.  She has gained experience working in the business office including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, general ledger and managing the business office.  Cindy has relocated to the Virginia area where her son and daughter currently live with their spouses and three children.  Cindy’s husband is actively looking for employment in Virginia and is currently still in NY with their youngest daughter.  The transition has been made easier with all the friendly personalities and faces at Potomac Falls.
